This training has a two pronged approach. One is to provide teachers with effective and scientific subject specific teaching methodologies, the second is to understand adolescents and deliver the content in an effective manner. This training includes 20 three-hour sessions, and is organised over 20 weeks. Teachers practice in their schools what they learn in the theory classes which are held once a week. Teachers write reflections, keep journals and are expected to do a minimum number of assignments. Features i. Course: Adolescent Development and Philosophy, Mathematics or Science or English for Secondary Teachers, ii. Practice teaching and fulfilling assignments.
